Sfinsta respects the rights of creators. The service exists to save media a person is entitled to save, and this page sets out what that means, what Sfinsta does and does not do with a link, and how a rights holder can raise a concern about a specific post.
Being able to view a public Instagram post does not transfer ownership of its media. Copyright remains with the person who created and published it, and downloading a file changes nothing about that.
You are responsible for the links you submit and for what you do with the files you save. By using Sfinsta you confirm that, for each download, you either own the media, have the creator's permission, or have another lawful basis such as personal reference use permitted in your jurisdiction.
Redistributing, republishing or monetizing someone else's media without permission is not something Sfinsta can authorize, and doing so through this service does not make it lawful. Where you are permitted to reuse media, credit the creator.
Sfinsta reads only what a signed-out visitor can already see. It never asks for an Instagram login, so private accounts, Close Friends posts and anything behind a follow request cannot be processed.
Sfinsta does not host, index, archive or republish anyone's media. It does not keep a library of submitted URLs or a browsable collection of downloaded files. A link is processed for the request that was made and the file is passed to the person who asked for it.
If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and believe this service has been used in a way that affects your work, contact us with enough detail to identify it. Because Sfinsta stores no copy of any media, a report is most useful when it names the specific source post rather than the service in general.

Access may be restricted where the service is used repeatedly in ways that infringe the rights of others, or in breach of the Terms of Service.
